This collection covers every Ford 6.7 Powerstroke delete kit, tuner, exhaust pipe, and EGR component we sell for the 2011-2016 Super Duty. All products fit F250 and F350 pickup trucks, with dedicated Cab & Chassis kits for F350, F450, and F550 models.
What’s Stocked on This Page
- Full Delete Kits – Multiple Ford 6.7 Powerstroke delete kit options split by year. The 2011-2014 kits include a Mini Maxx V2 tuner, stainless steel exhaust pipe, and EGR delete hardware. The 2015-2016 kits ship with a Mini Maxx V2 and your choice of stainless steel delete pipe or 4-inch Downpipe-Back exhaust. Separate C&C kits cover F350, F450, and F550 Cab & Chassis from 2011-2016. No downpipe replacement needed on this platform – all exhaust systems connect directly to the factory downpipe.
- DPF & CAT Delete Pipe – Stainless steel race pipe for DPF delete 6.7 Powerstroke builds. Separate part numbers for 2011-2014 and 2015-2016. Replaces the diesel particulate filter and catalytic converter section only – standalone product for truck owners who want minimal exhaust changes.
- EGR Delete Kit – Block-off plates, coolant caps, fittings, gaskets, and mounting hardware for egr delete 6.7 Powerstroke. Separate kits for 2011-2014 and 2015-2016 because Ford updated the EGR cooler design mid-cycle. Fits F250 and F350 pickup trucks.
- DPF Delete Tuners – Three 6.7 Powerstroke delete tuner options here. Mini Maxx V2 is a Plug & Play tuner with ECM calibration via OBD-II – the most popular model on this platform. Bully Dog BDX offers its own delete calibrations with real-time monitoring. H&S Mini Maxx V1 is also available as a Plug & Play option for maximum compatibility. All three support DPF, DEF, and EGR-related calibration removal while improving horsepower, torque, and throttle response. SOTF switches available separately for on-the-fly power level switching.
- Exhaust Systems – 4-inch and 5-inch stainless Downpipe-Back exhaust systems for both 2011-2014 and 2015-2016. All bolts, clamps, and hangers included. These connect to the factory downpipe – no downpipe swap required. The exhaust flow improvement on the 6.7L is where you feel the biggest difference in fuel economy and tow response.
- Performance Accessories – S&B cold air intake for the Ford 6.7 Powerstroke engine. FASS fuel pump for delivery system protection. Black Bandit stainless steel exhaust tip. Standalone 4-inch and 5-inch T409 stainless steel universal diesel mufflers. All work with or without a full delete as standalone upgrades.

FAQ
Ford changed the EGR cooler design and updated the exhaust pipe routing between the 2011-2014 and 2015-2016 production runs. The delete pipes, EGR hardware, and full kits aren't interchangeable between the two groups. If you've got a 2015 truck, check whether it's an early 2015 (uses 2011-2014 parts) or a late 2015/2016 (uses the updated parts). The build date on the door sticker tells you which one you've got. When in doubt, call us with your VIN and we'll confirm.
Removing the DPF, EGR, and DEF systems drops backpressure and cleans up the intake. With a Mini Maxx V2 or Bully Dog BDX on a performance tune, most owners see 50-100+ horsepower gains. Torque jumps noticeably in the mid-range - that's where you feel it most during acceleration and towing. The 6.7L responds well to a full delete because the factory emissions system is one of the most restrictive on any diesel truck.
You'll see better fuel economy because the engine isn't burning extra fuel through forced regen cycles anymore. Highway cruising at moderate speed typically improves by 2-4 MPG. Short-trip drivers who dealt with constant regens usually notice the biggest difference. Running a max-power tune aggressively won't save fuel - it'll make more power instead.
Yes. The two most failure-prone systems on the 2011-2016 6.7L Powerstroke are the DPF (clogs and causes limp mode) and the EGR cooler (cracks and leaks coolant). Removing these systems can help reduce several common emissions-related maintenance concerns on the platform. The DEF system adds another layer of sensors and pumps that can fail - those go away too. Most shops that specialize in these trucks recommend addressing the EGR cooler early, and a full delete setup removes the factory EGR-related components entirely.
Most owners with jack stands and basic hand tools can handle it. The delete pipe and exhaust are straightforward bolt-on jobs from underneath. The EGR delete takes more time - the passenger-side EGR cooler bolts are tight and can be stubborn. Professional installation is an option if you're not comfortable, but every kit ships with detailed instructions. We're available by phone during the install if you need help during the install.
These products are sold strictly for off-road use only. Federal emissions regulations prohibit removing or disabling emissions equipment on vehicles driven on public roads. Enforcement varies by state - check your local laws before purchasing or installing.

Only reason this isn’t five stars is the repeated trips for hardware. Do yourself a favor and grab a few extra flange bolts ahead of time.
The Bully Dog full delete bundle exceeded expectations. Everything fit perfectly, tuning was flawless, and MPG gains were significant. Great support and integrity behind the product.
Build quality is solid and the muffler welds look great. The only issue was hanger placement being about three inches off, requiring adjustment. Otherwise everything fit well.
The included guidance removed all guesswork. Even as a beginner, the install felt manageable thanks to the video.
Thanks for the kit. The truck now runs better than it ever has and I couldn’t be happier.
