Installation Information

The 2011-2014 6.7 Powerstroke DPF delete kit includes instructions and can be installed by someone with solid mechanical skills. Common tools include sockets, extensions, wrenches, hose-clamp pliers, a torque wrench, penetrating oil, anti-seize, jack stands or a lift, a drain pan, and a battery maintainer.

A complete mechanical installation commonly takes 5–8 hours. Corroded exhaust fasteners and limited access around the EGR cooler may increase that time. Tuner setup and flashing generally require 30–60 minutes.
