  • DPF Delete Tuners – Three 6.7 Powerstroke delete tuner options on this page. EZ Lynk Auto Agent 3 handles ECM calibration via cloud-based OBD-II tuning with SOTF switches available separately. GDP Commander offers standalone tuning with Choose Your Transmission Tuning for the 10-speed. An ECM Unlock Tool is also available for customers who already have a tuner and just need the unlock. Tune files and Commander credits are sold as standalone products for repeat purchases.

  • Exhaust Systems – 4-inch Downpipe-Back and 5-inch Downpipe-Back stainless steel exhaust systems. All bolts, clamps, and hangers included. These are the performance upgrades that open up airflow and deliver improved fuel economy under towing and hauling heavy loads. Polished stainless steel Black Bandit exhaust tip sold separately.

FAQ

Ford redesigned the exhaust routing and downpipe on the 2023+ Super Duty. The 2023-2026 trucks need a separate stainless steel downpipe as part of every delete - the 2020-2022 doesn't. Delete pipes, exhaust systems, and EGR hardware aren't cross-compatible between the two generations. If you've got a 2020-2022, everything on this page bolts up.

It depends on the tune level you run. Removing the DPF, EGR, and DEF systems drops exhaust backpressure and cleans up the intake tract - that alone makes a noticeable difference in throttle response. With a full delete and a performance tune, most owners report gains in the range of 50-100+ horsepower depending on the calibration. Torque climbs too, especially in the mid-range where you feel it most during acceleration and towing.

You'll typically see improved fuel economy because the engine isn't fighting backpressure from a clogged DPF or burning extra fuel through forced regen cycles. Highway cruising at steady speeds is where the savings show up most. Running a high-power tune aggressively won't save fuel - it'll make more power instead.

Any modification to the factory emissions system can give the dealer a reason to deny warranty claims - especially on powertrain-related components. If your truck is still under warranty and you're concerned, weigh the timing carefully. Once the factory warranty expires, it's a non-issue.

Most owners with basic mechanical experience can handle it in a home garage with jack stands and common hand tools. The full kit ships with detailed install instructions. We're available by phone or email if you run into fitment questions during the install. If you're not comfortable working under the truck, any local diesel shop can knock it out in a few hours.

These products are sold strictly for off-road and competition use only. Federal emissions regulations prohibit removing or disabling factory emissions equipment on vehicles driven on public roads. Enforcement and penalties vary by state and jurisdiction - check your local laws before purchasing or installing.
