The 2015.5 and 2016 6.6 LML Duramax is what this collection is built around – every LML Duramax delete kit, pipe, tuner, and exhaust upgrade we sell for trucks with the 3-bolt flange. All products fit Chevy Silverado 2500HD/3500HD and GMC Sierra 2500HD/3500HD pickup trucks – LGH Cab & Chassis isn’t supported.

- Full Delete Kits – Three LML Duramax delete kit options for 2015.5–2016 with your choice of Mini Maxx V2, EZ Lynk Auto Agent 3, or EFI Live AutoCal V3 tuner. All include an EGR delete kit and your choice of exhaust – DPF delete pipe, 4-inch Downpipe-Back, or 5-inch exhaust system.
- DPF & CAT Delete Pipe – 4-inch T409 stainless steel delete pipe with 3-bolt flange. Replaces the diesel particulate filter and catalytic converter section. Standalone product for LML DPF delete builds where the rest of the factory exhaust stays in place.
- LML EGR Delete Kit – Block-off plates, cooler delete hardware, gaskets, and mounting hardware. Covers 2011–2016 6.6L Duramax – works on both V-band and 3-bolt flange vehicles. Standalone LML EGR delete kit or included in the full kit.
- DPF Delete Tuners – Three tuner options for the LML 6.6L Duramax. Mini Maxx V2 is a handheld-style tuner with power levels at Stock, +50HP, +100HP, and +150HP via ECM calibration. EZ Lynk Auto Agent 3 handles tuning through a smartphone app with levels from 0 to +150HP. EFI Live AutoCal V3 offers custom calibration for maximum horsepower and torque. All three tuners recalibrate the ECM for off-road operation without factory DPF, DEF, and EGR systems.
- Exhaust Systems – 4-inch Downpipe-Back and 5-inch exhaust systems. T409 stainless steel. Both available as straight race pipe or with muffler.
- Performance Accessories – S&B cold air intake for improved airflow. FASS Titanium fuel pump for fuel delivery protection.

The big difference is the flange type. GM switched from a V-band flange to a 3-bolt flange during mid-2015 production. Every delete pipe and exhaust system on this page ships with the 3-bolt connection - they won't bolt up to an early 2015 or 2011–2014 truck with V-band. If you've got a V-band vehicle, you need parts from the 2011–2015 LML collection instead. The EGR delete kit and tuners are the same across both - it's the pipe and exhaust hardware that changes.
Removing the DPF, EGR, and DEF systems improves exhaust flow and cleans up the intake. With a performance tune, most LML owners see gains in the range of 50–150HP depending on the calibration. Torque climbs with it - especially in the mid-range where it matters for towing and acceleration. Throttle response sharpens noticeably, and the turbo spools faster without the restriction.
Fuel economy typically improves because the engine isn't burning extra fuel through forced regen cycles. Highway cruising usually gains 2–4 MPG. Short-trip drivers notice the biggest difference. As for the install - most owners with jack stands and basic hand tools can handle the exhaust and delete pipe. The EGR delete takes more patience because the cooler bolts sit tight behind the intake. Plan for a full day if you're doing everything together.
Standard metric socket set, combination wrenches, a breaker bar for the stubborn EGR bolts, penetrating oil, and jack stands. A torque wrench is recommended for the exhaust flange bolts - the 3-bolt connection needs proper torque to seal without leaks. If you're adding the Up-Pipe High Flo, you'll want a mechanic's mirror to check clearance on the passenger side. Every kit ships with install instructions, and we're on the phone if you hit a snag.
