The 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 6.7 Powerstroke delete kit combines the GDP Commander, a vehicle-specific Stock Power file, and the mechanical parts required for a complete installation. The ECM calibration changes the control strategies associated with DPF regeneration, DEF dosing, and exhaust gas recirculation while retaining stock-rated engine output. The EGR kit stops exhaust gas and soot from returning to the intake, while the selected pipe or exhaust replaces the restrictive particulate filter section. These systems work together as one All-in-One bundle for supported competition and off road applications.

Features

This DPF/DEF/EGR delete kit for 6.7 Powerstroke is engineered around one Stock Power ECM tune with no added horsepower levels. The GDP Commander performs the ECM unlock and flash but does not support SOTF, live monitoring, or TCM tuning in this package. Its model-specific components provide a better fit than commonly used universal solutions. The factory CCV system remains unchanged because CCV parts are not included.

The Stock Power file does not boost horsepower or torque. Any change in throttle response, fuel efficiency, or drivability depends on the condition of the truck, installation quality, exhaust selection, load, and driving style.

Installation Information

Recommended tools include sockets, extensions, wrenches, hose-clamp pliers, a torque wrench, penetrating oil, anti-seize, jack stands or a lift, and a compatible Windows laptop.

Mechanical installation commonly takes 5–8 hours. Access around the EGR cooler and the 2023–2025 downpipe may increase installation time. Commander setup, ECM unlocking, and file flashing generally require 1–2 hours.

Keep the truck batteries fully charged and use a battery maintainer during programming. Confirm the VIN and serial information before you buy the file, then follow the supplied procedure without disconnecting the Commander. After installation, inspect all clamps, coolant connections, plugs, and block-off hardware for leaks. A qualified diesel shop is recommended for an installer unfamiliar with ECM programming.

No More Emissions Codes

Correct installation and matching tuning are intended to prevent warnings associated with the removed emission systems. Previously stored codes may still need to be cleared after the ECM is programmed.
