Description

Includes:
Bench-flash ECM delete tuning (send-in required); 3″ DPF delete pipe; EGR valve and cooler delete kit.

Fitment:
Jeep Grand Cherokee EcoDiesel 3.0L, model years 2014–2018.

Notes:
Designed for off-road use only, not emissions-legal for public roads.

Before PCM Tuning:
Perform a full DPF regeneration.
DPF accumulation values cannot be reset after tuning.

Delete Procedure:
Remove DPF and SCR from exhaust only.
Leave installed: EGR system, throttle valve, MAF, MAP, EGT sensors.
Do not remove or modify DEF tank or DEF sensors.
Customer needs to fabricate a block-off plate for the secondary EGR port.

ECM Removal (Before Shipping):
Clear all dash lights and service alerts.
Resolve all DEF/DPF countdowns.
Ignition OFF → disconnect negative battery terminal.
Remove ECM for shipping.

Installation Information

Mechanical installation commonly takes approximately 3-5 hours and requires sockets, wrenches, safe lifting equipment, jack stands, and experience working with exhaust fasteners, sensors, and electrical connectors. Bench-flash tuning requires removal and shipment of the factory ECM; no handheld tuner is included. Allow approximately 4-6 business days for ECM processing after delivery to the provider, plus approximately 2-3 days for return transit. Professional installation is recommended if you are not experienced with exhaust removal, ECM handling, regeneration procedures, or emissions-system sensor connections.
