    Functionally everything works, but I received exhaust retainers bent into a D-shape. Support advised straightening them myself. For a $3,000 kit, better packaging would be appreciated so less experienced installers aren’t put in a bad spot.

    Customer service was solid, install was manageable, and having help removing the DPF made a big difference. EZ-Link offers tons of tuning flexibility and the SOTF install was simple. Heat and penetrating oil are essential for EGR removal.
