Description

The Mini Maxx V2 is a preloaded diesel programmer for compatible 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, and early-production 2015 Chevrolet Silverado HD and GMC Sierra HD trucks equipped with the 6.6L Duramax LML engine. It provides the required off-road tuning together with four built-in power settings, live vehicle monitoring, and diagnostic functions.

Unlike a custom-file tuning platform, Mini Maxx V2 comes with its supported calibrations already loaded. The LML is factory-equipped with DPF, DEF/SCR, and EGR emissions systems, and the corresponding off-road calibration is designed around that emissions configuration.

Fitment requires special attention on 2015 trucks. Early-production 2015 LML applications use the earlier V-band exhaust configuration, while late-2015/2015.5 trucks use the later 3-bolt configuration. Verify the production configuration before selecting corresponding exhaust or delete hardware.

How work?

The 2011-2015 GM Duramax LML delete tuner connects to the vehicle through the factory OBD-II port and flashes one of its preloaded calibrations to the ECM. Correct off-road programming changes the applicable DPF, DEF/SCR, and EGR control strategies to match the corresponding modified hardware configuration. Four engine power settings are available, but the LML application does not use true Switch-On-The-Fly operation – selecting another level requires the ECM to be reflashed. The device can remain connected after programming to provide gauges, engine data, and diagnostic functions.
