The Tuning Process

To perform the flash, we require your ECM. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to send the unit to our facility. Once received, our team will inspect and calibrate the module within 4–6 business days. Return transit typically takes an additional 2–3 days. Standard shipping is included in the price; however, any applicable customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Mandatory Pre-Installation Steps

1. Hardware Configuration: While the DPF and SCR are removed, you must keep the EGR, throttle valve, MAF, MAP, and EGT sensors intact. The DEF tank and its associated sensors should also remain in place. Note that a block-off plate for the secondary EGR exhaust port is required.

2. Perform a Final Regen: You must complete a full DPF regeneration cycle immediately before pulling your PCM. This ensures particulate levels are reset before the new software locks the data.

3. Clear All Faults: The vehicle must be free of dashboard warning lights, service messages, and DEF countdowns prior to the flash. Our tuning is not designed to bypass or “fix” pre-existing SCR module errors.

4. Revert to Stock: We can only flash units running original factory software. If your vehicle currently has an aftermarket tune, it must be returned to stock before being sent to us.
