Tuning Process — Send us your ECM using the prepaid shipping label we’ll send your way. Once it arrives, we’ll inspect it, apply the tune, and have it ready to head back in 4–6 business days. Expect another 2–3 days for return transit. Standard shipping is on us, though any infrequent customs fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Pre-Installation Steps

• Hardware Prep: Remove the DPF and SCR, but ensure the EGR, throttle valve, MAF, MAP, and EGT sensors remain untouched. Leave the DEF tank and its sensors alone. You’ll also need to create a block-off plate for the secondary EGR exhaust port.

• Complete a Regen: Before shipping your PCM, run a full DPF regeneration. This ensures particulate levels are cleared before the new software locks the data in.

• Clear the Dashboard: Your vehicle must be free of all fault codes, service lights, and DEF countdowns before we flash the unit. Our tunes generally don’t override existing SCR module errors, so start with a clean slate.

• Stock Software Only: If you currently have an aftermarket tune, we must revert the PCM to factory settings first. We cannot flash over existing modifications.
