Orders, pricing & payment

Order confirmation
Once an order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
We process orders quickly – changes or cancellations aren’t guaranteed after checkout.

Pricing
We do our best to keep prices and product information accurate.
If a listing error occurs, we may correct it and update or cancel the order accordingly.
Prices, product details, and availability may change without prior notice.
Applicable sales taxes, customs duties, or import fees are calculated as required by law.

Payment
We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure methods shown at checkout.
Orders are shipped once payment has cleared.

Shipping & delivery

We ship across Canada, the U.S., and select international destinations.
Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout, but delays can occur due to carrier or supply-chain issues.

Once your package leaves our warehouse, the carrier assumes responsibility.

Returns & refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order.
Returns are accepted if:

You request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Items are unused and in original packaging.
You obtain an RMA number before sending anything back.

Important: Some parts – such as tuning devices, exhaust components, and delete kits – are final sale.

Warranty

Most products come with a limited manufacturer warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.
This warranty does not cover:

Incorrect installation or misuse.
Damage resulting from racing, tuning, or modification.
Labor, diagnostics, or incidental costs.

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
Manufacturer warranties, where applicable, are provided directly by the product manufacturer.

All photos, videos, text, product descriptions, and branding on this website belong to Diesel Bro or its suppliers.

All products are sold “as is,” without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Performance gains, reliability improvements, or cost savings are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Actual results may vary depending on vehicle condition, installation quality, environment, and other factors.

Right to refuse service

Diesel Bro reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason, including suspected misuse or violation of these terms.

Indemnification

By using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to indemnify and hold Diesel Bro harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from misuse, unlawful operation, or violation of these terms.

User conduct
