Here’s how our order and shipping process works:
Off-road use & import responsibility
All Diesel Bro products are intended for off-road or race applications only.
It is your responsibility to ensure these items can be legally imported and used in your region.
By placing an order, you confirm compliance with your local regulations.
By purchasing and arranging shipment, you also affirm that the products comply with your country’s governmental and import rules.
Diesel Bro is not responsible for any customs, import, or regulatory issues that may arise.
Order processing & shipping times
We aim to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days.
During peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer.
Estimated delivery times (within North America):
- Regular items: 3-10 business days
- Large exhaust systems or supplier-direct items: 2-6 weeks
- Express shipping (if available): time counts after processing
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details by email.
Shipping to Alaska (AK) and Hawaii (HI)
Shipping rates shown at checkout for orders to Alaska (AK) and Hawaii (HI) are estimates only.
Due to variable carrier rates, the actual shipping cost may differ.
If the real rate is significantly higher, we’ll contact you to confirm and request additional payment before shipping.
Delays & holidays
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
While we can’t control weather, carrier delays, or high-demand periods, we always work to minimize their impact.
Extreme weather conditions (rain, snow, sleet) or occasional staffing shortages may cause slight delays.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and chosen service speed.
Customs, duties & import Taxes
International customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and clearance fees, which vary by destination country.
Canadian customers may also be subject to CBSA inspection or import assessment fees.
Such charges are not included in product prices or shipping rates.
Diesel Bro ships from Alberta, Canada, and serves customers across Canada and the U.S.
Lost, damaged, or missing packages
If your order arrives damaged or is not received, please contact us immediately.
If your package is marked “delivered” but can’t be located:
- Check around your property or with household members.
- Ask nearby neighbors.
- Contact the carrier directly.
- Then reach out to us -we’ll help investigate.
Once a shipment is handed to the carrier, Diesel Bro is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage beyond our control.
Incorrect addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before confirming your order.
Diesel Bro is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
