Products that alter or remove factory emissions systems (such as DPF, DEF, EGR, catalytic converters, and sensors) are not legal for use on public roads.
These products are intended for:

• Diesel vehicles not registered for public roads
  

Federal and local laws – including the U.S. Clean Air Act, EPA and CARB regulations, and the Canadian Environmental Protection Act (CEPA) – prohibit the sale, installation, or use of emissions-altering parts on vehicles operated on public roads.
Diesel Bro does not endorse or support illegal on-road use.

Customer responsibility
