Description

Includes:
DPF/DEF delete pipe; bench-flash ECM delete tuning (send-in required).
EGR Valve and Cooler Delete components are not included.

Fitment:
RAM 1500 EcoDiesel 3.0L, model years 2020–2023.

Available Tuning Levels:
Economy (0 HP), Stock Plus (+30 HP), Race (+50 HP).

Pre-Tune Requirement:
Perform a full DPF regeneration before PCM tuning.
DPF accumulation values cannot be cleared after tuning.

Hardware Removal:
Remove DPF and SCR from exhaust only.
Leave installed: EGR system, throttle valve, MAF, MAP, EGT sensors.
Do not remove or modify DEF tank or DEF sensors at this stage.
Customer must fabricate a block-off plate for the secondary EGR port.

ECM Removal (Before Shipping):
Clear all dash lights and service alerts.
Resolve all DEF/DPF countdowns.
Ignition OFF → disconnect negative battery terminal.
Remove ECM for shipping.

Shipping & Turnaround:
Prepaid shipping label provided.
ECM is inspected, flashed, and returned via express shipping.
Typical turnaround: 4–6 business days + 2–3 days return transit.
Any brokerage fees (rare) are customer responsibility.

Tuning Notes:
Delays may occur during high workload.
Additional validation checks may be performed for accuracy.

Final Installation:
PCM must be stock before installing this tune.
Disconnect all EGR, DPF, SCR, and AdBlue sensors.
Remove AdBlue/SCR PCM to prevent fault codes.
