2020-2023 RAM Ecodiesel Delete Kit | Boost Power and Reliability

The 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 RAM 1500 delete kit is an all-in-one bundle for compatible 3.0L EcoDiesel vehicles used for off road or competition purposes only. It combines a replacement exhaust pipe with send-in bench-flash tuning to support operation after DPF and SCR removal. The package can reduce exhaust restriction and unlock additional power and efficiency.

What’s Included

• Bench-Flash ECM Tuning Service – The factory ECM must be removed from the truck and shipped to the tuning provider for bench programming. It is returned with the selected calibration installed and ready for reinstallation. 
  • Tune Options – Choose Economy (0 HP), Stock Plus (+30 HP), or Race (+50 HP). The selected calibration is installed during the bench-flash service; this is not a handheld tuner or customer-loaded software package.
• DPF/SCR Delete Pipe – Replaces the restricted exhaust section containing the diesel particulate filter and SCR hardware to improve exhaust flow. It does not require removal of the DEF/AdBlue tank during the initial hardware stage.
• EGR Configuration Note – EGR valve and cooler delete components are not included. Leave the EGR system, throttle valve, MAF, MAP, and EGT sensors physically installed; follow the supplied tuning instructions for the required electrical connections.

Vehicle Compatibility

Fits 2020-2023 RAM 1500 pickups with the third-generation 3.0L EcoDiesel. Earlier parts do not interchange. Confirm VIN, model year, engine, body, and exhaust layout before ordering.

How It Works?

The RAM 1500 Ecodiesel delete kit replaces the DPF/SCR exhaust section, while the recalibrated ECM supports the modified system. Before tuning, complete a DPF regeneration and resolve all alerts and DEF/DPF countdowns. Remove and ship the factory ECM for programming, then reinstall it and follow the supplied sensor and AdBlue/SCR PCM instructions. The RAM 3.0 diesel delete kit does not include EGR valve or cooler removal hardware.

First perform full DPF regeneration, clear alerts and countdowns, confirm a stock PCM, switch off the ignition, and disconnect the battery. Ship the ECM for delete-tuning; processing normally takes 4-6 business days plus about 2-3 days return transit. Use a diesel/performance shop if needed.

Common Emissions Fault Codes Removed
