Description

The H&S Mini Maxx V1 is a preloaded tuner and digital monitor for 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, and 2007 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke diesel trucks. It combines engine tuning, selectable horsepower levels, vehicle monitoring, diagnostics, and return-to-stock functionality in one device.

The 6.0L Powerstroke predates the factory DPF and DEF/SCR systems used on later Ford diesels. Its factory emissions equipment includes EGR, so this application should not be confused with later Powerstroke platforms equipped with DPF and DEF hardware.

The Mini Maxx tuner for 6.0 Powerstroke is intended for the 6.0L diesel platform and should not be treated as equivalent to Mini Maxx applications for later 6.4L or 6.7L Powerstroke engines.

How work?

The 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007 6.0 Powerstroke H&S Mini Maxx tuner connects to the truck and flashes a preloaded engine calibration with the selected horsepower setting. This V1 application does not use true SOTF, so changing to another power level requires selecting the new setting and performing the programming procedure again. After tuning, the Mini Maxx can also function as an in-cab monitor and diagnostic device.
